Cherry bloosum tree help

Hi can someone please tell me what I need to do to help this tree?

I am afraid very little. You might try tar and wrapping it but it might be a failed exercise since at least half of the cambium is ecposed or contact an arborist t see what he says but any expensive option might be a waste of money. If you have wholesale nurseries nearby you might want to check and see if they have any 4"-5" caliper's avaiable.
