There are a couple of different kinds, but here are two videos that show how to make the kind I like best:

Perhaps you can use some information from this thread?

Dixana,

Determine the diameter of pot you want to make. Buy a piece of pvc pipe of that diameter. You will only need about a foot of the pipe, maybe someone has some they can give you.

Lay out a single sheet of newspaper folded at the center crease. Place the pipe at one edge of the paper to determine how deep you want the pot. Remove the pipe and fold the paper to that depth plus an extra inch or two. Lay the pipe on the paper again and roll the pipe and paper until the paper is fairly tight on the pipe with the extra paper extending over the end of the pipe. Tuck the extra paper into the end of the pipe. Now you can remove the pipe from the paper tube. You can tape the edge of the paper to keep it from unrolling or you can simply pack them tight into a germinating container. Use a hammer handle or some implement to tamp the extra paper in the paper tube down flat. If the pot wall is thicker than you want, then start with one half of a sheet. You can also use a soft drink can or a round bottle or a rolling pin to roll the paper on.

I was going to make a bunch and use them this year, but ran out of time before I got them made for this years garden. Unlike the peat pots, the newspaper pots seem to dissolve or compost quickly. Earth worms seem attracted to the newspaper pots. I've been told they like to eat the ink on the paper. I don't know how true that is.

Ted.
