Hi,
We have been given this plant which apparently is in bloom for min 6months, and as soon as 1 flower dies, then more start. Quite often the flowers drop off after about 1 month. It also divides up easily to make new plants.
I have tried identifying it online but found nothing that looks quite the same. (e.g. hummingbird plant)
Any help would be greatly welcome.

We had spent some time looking for info on this plant as neither the man who gave it to us knew anything about it, nor the man before who gave him the plant!
The guy's plant which ours came from was quite large with many flowers. From day 1 ours has been in flowers with a minimum of 2 flower 'bundles'.
