The Finishers garden.

    Although only 10'X15' (150 sq. ft.) shes packing a punch.
I intended to only experiment with this area, and it turned out to be more than I had ever bargained for. The site is where an old swimming pool had been. Rather concave, as I had raised the bed 12" and deposited plenty of manure, and compost to the native soil, which is sandy, and wondrously drain friendly.

We have a live sand well, which is around 160' deep. This insures excellent drainage throughout, and is naturally recycled. Hot, humid days really put a stress on things, so they are given a drink EVERYDAY, with no fear of over watering. As you can see, it loves it. Ill add progress, and harvest photos, as it goes on. Thanks for looking.

It looks like you have cut old pallets in half and used them as a garden border?! Thats such a great idea!

Yes, and it works well, with little labor. Used a chain saw, and 3" screws at each corner.

Really nice and it looks like you planted well to take advantage of every inch of space. It is a well planned garden.

Thank you. I planned on the usage of every square inch, but did not expect these results. They are getting close knit now, and not much ventilation will be taking place. May cause fungi, which in some case, can be worse than our vegetarian pests.
