Please help me identify this rose variety

We moved into a house that had existing rose bushes. At first they appeared to be dead, but with a little care and watering they began to bloom. I have never cared for roses (nor any plants, really) but found such enjoyment in watching them begin to come to life! We live in AZ where the summer's are quite hot so I was surprised to see the first blooms.

That being said, I want to make sure I provide the right kind of care to these rose bushes. Can someone let me know what variety of rose this is and possibly the right type of care for it in my climate? I can Google for greater details, if needed-

I don't know the cultivar form the open flower but it looks to be a tea rose or grandiflora by the size of the rose and the fact that it is a long stemmed single rose.
There are some basic things to do with all kinds of roses.
Fertilize with rose food after each bloom cycle. Just about every 6 weeks.
Cut back spent blooms just above and outward facing 5 leaf node.
make sure your pruners and loppers are clean and sharp and you sanitize the blade with alcohol
Depending on where you live, you will need to stop feeding about a month before frost is expected. And get them ready for winter. .
