Trouble with new Rose tree *pic*

Hi all! THis is my first post...and this looks like a great site!

Okay, my father got a really pretty rose tree for me to plant in the front flower bed. He and my mother have one and I comment on it every time I see it.

Anyhoo, the instructions on the tree say that the plant is good in full sun/shade. So I thought I had the perfect place for it. It stays shaded in the front till about 2:00. From 2:00 to 6:30 'ish' it gets the real hot full sun. Problem is, my flowers are wilting during that time period. I have a miniature red rose bush that is out in the same conditions, and it does wonderful...blooms all summer long. Very pretty. The roses tree is a rich pink, and I have no clue what sort of rose it is....miniature is all I am for sure of.

Any suggestions? It's still very healthy and the leaves are still very nice and green....I don't want it to die over the summer though. I'm in zone 6 BTW.

Thanks for any help! The tree is an early mother's day gift...it would be terrible if it died on me!

Heres a pic. (please excuse the weeds, we havent mulched yet~)
