Can anyone name this unknown hybrid tea rose?

This red hybrid tea rose was once a dying one cane rose wonder, now it is big and beautiful and has made a great comeback but I do not know its name. It is a medium red and has a velvety petals, I know it is not Chyrsler Imperial,or Veterans Honor, I have both of them, it is not Mr. Lincoln, I have him too. It is a very sweet scented rose, and it bears a white stripe on one petal on each of its blooms.

Does anyone recognize this rose? I do not know how to post the pic here

Sounds like one that's called 'Chocolate con Queso' down here. I have no idea what the North American cultivar name is....

without more details or a photo of it there are so many red roses but the one pedal white stripe caught my eye. One of the roses that does that quite often is this one. "Love"
