If you are talking about the vine, it looks like clematis to me.

I don't know. There are some clematis with seed heads pretty much like that:

clematis old man's beard (aka traveler's joy)

neither of these look exactly right, but there are approximately a zillion clematis varieties...

I couldn't find any other matches to it.
