What is a Decent Beginner Greenhouse - Under $1000?

I'd like to get about a 6x6, 6x8 size greenhouse.
Not some junk that will need to be replaced in a couple of years.
And not one with the plastic bag type covering...but the hard plastic panels.

Whats a decent one for under $1000?

I would say to head to a store and check some out.... or use an online rating system for the few that you have interest in.... I hardly buy anything without checking online reviews.

Looking back on it now, I am still happy with my decision to build mine out of "plastic bags" I may have $300 in mine and it is bigger than these that cost 3X as much. Mine has running water and power with a watering system.. There are ways that using plastic can look good. Check mine out before lumping them all together.

Here are other panel types that you will prob have some leak issues and need to seal after the first month...

I don't know if this is helpful, but we built a greenhouse out of an old Costco garage tent that we had used as a backyard wedding tent. We had an old door and window from a remodeling project that we installed into the framework. (You can probably get a lot of this stuff off Craigslist) The biggest expense was the landscaping blocks that were used for the perimeter and created raised beds inside and outside. We reinforced the framework with hat-track and covered it with clear corrugated panels. It is a three season greenhouse as we get cold here in the winter. We are big 'do it yourselfers', so saved $$ by doing the work ourselves and using leftover materials wherever we could. We are getting older and wanted something that would last and not require a lot of maintenance.
