Colrain Red~ Bee Balm

Anyone have any insight on this plant? I purchased it because it was amazingly beautiful and tall. I needed tall for a specific spot. The lady told me it is part of the mint family and to contain it carefully. Also, some research I found said to cut it once it blooms to make it bloom again. Does this mean when blooms are healthy, or once they start to die back. Also where do I cut it, above leaves, below leaves, just below blooms? I have no idea and have never even heard or seen this plant before purchase. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
Take a look at the following link:

Just snip of the flower heads once they've faded and see what happens. If you're left with an ugly stem which isn't supporting a flower, snip it off to just above the next set of leaves.
