Potato Pancakes!

Another favorite in our home, I don't grow potatoes (probably should as many as we go through but I just don't have the room) again one of my own and it works great! Great for you potato growers out there!

Potato Pancakes:

1 tsp Garlic
½ tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 ½ TbSp Parsley
1 C Flour
3 Med. Potatoes Shredded, Rinsed And Squeezed Dry
2 Lg. Eggs Beaten
½ C + 1/8 C Milk, Just Enough to Make a Loose Batter

Drop batter into about 1/3â€
