DWC Tomatoes Wilting and drying out

Hello, I am currently growing heirloom tomatoes in a DWC system. Made out of a rubbermaid container with 6, 5 inch net pots. I am about 3 weeks into growth and I'm noticing 2 out of the 6 aren't look great. Wilted leaves (Rolling up) and drying out.

BREAKDOWN OF MY SYSTEM:

Lights are on 16 hours a day. I am using 3, 50w Led lights inside a grow tent with Peppers, cucumber, and lettuce in adjacent containers. The average temperature in the system is 73.5 F (23 C) with a humidity of about 70%. Water temperature being about the same. Inside the water is 3, 10inch air stones on separate lines from my 8 channel pump. I am using General Hydroponic Flora series. Changing the water every 2 weeks. PH daily ranging from 5.5ph - 6ph. Also a 5inch fan going on high at all times with 3 screen windows open at all times.

Whats going on with the tomatoes? Am I doing something wrong? Any advise would be amazing.
