Safe foam for raft

Was thinking about making a hydro raft system and need to know of a safe type of foam I can use for the raft. In other words, one that will not leach chemicals. Thanks for any replies.

"Great Stuff" has a pond and stone foam. It's fish safe polyurethane foam.

I found this article on the different kinds of styrofoam. It says that the XPS foam is the one you want to get and it may be available at your local hardware store.
