Hello,

I have a young ficus that I transplanted and root pruned a couple of weeks ago. It was doing fine until today I noticed the leaves curling up and dropping. I did water it with a diluted mixture of Miracle-Gro All Purpose Plant Food. 2 days ago. It's planting medium are small rocks. What can I do to help it? there are no bugs visible upon inspection. Was it too early to feed it or the dilution to strong? I plan on soaking it in fresh water today to flush it.

Figs shed leaves when sunlight or other conditions change. Adding fertilizer at the same time is just another insult. let your tree settle into its new self first.
