Ginseng Ficus problem

My Ginseng Ficus I have had in the same spot for a long time now. Its indoors and enjoys a lot of florescent lighting. Over the past week I have noticed the leaves yellowing. What is causing this? Over watering? Under watering? Please advise.

my gut feeling is probly over watering but post sum pic and we should be able to help more

Probably overwatering, but showing pictures of the setup, soil and roots would help.
