Winter vegetable gardening

I live in Zone 7b or Western Gardener's Zone 4 and have had some winter cole crops and greens most years I've had a vegetable garden.

My winter main stays have always been kale and some brussel sprouts. Some years overwintering cauliflower. :D

Here is what's going on in my garden now for winter and present.

I am looking for new ideas, and seed sources. Anyone else out there interested in or trying/doing fall plantings for winter harvesting? Do you have great sources for your favorite vegies? I'd love to hear what other gardeners are doing/trying, challenges and successes with winter gardening. :)
