can you freze corn [ on the cob ] ?
if yes then how ? and is a good option

Parboiling stops the process of converting sugar to starch that occurs naturally in sweet corn.
Forget why you wrap it in tin foil (never freeze on cob here... always cut off and vacuum pack)... Alton Brown (Good Eats) did a show on corn and did the same thing... wrapped it in tin foil put it in a ziplock, sucked all of the air out... Might look at The Food Network or Hulu for the episode
