Unknown insect infestation on tomato

Hi Guys, there is some mysterious tiny insect infesting my tomato...wats it??
It looks like tiny spots on the main stem...not the leaves or the leaf stems

I can't see them clearly..are they brown and some have wings?

Around here insects with both winged and wingless form of the same are aphids and ants (when they are swarming). Do they look like either of those? They seem tiny.

Another bug that are sometimes found stuck on the tomato hairs are some kind of midges that don't seem to harm the plant.

It doesn't look like aphids or ants.. I think it's the midge
