My straws were doing ok for a little while now they look like this:

Clip some of the leaves off, put them into a sealable plastic bag, and take them to an independent nursery as soon as you can. Ask them for advice. Nothing like on-the-spot professionals; they may have ideas beyond what we know. There could be a fungus/disease "going around" your local area that we don't know about.
OTOH, this could be a sadly normal enemy of strawberries. I've never grown them, so I can't say. But I'd be at the gate of the nearest nursery tomorrow morning, myself....
