Meyer Lemon Tree Flowering but Not producing fruit

I planted a Meyer Lemon Tree last spring. It produced 10 lemons this fall. It is planted in the ground where it gets many hours of sun. Unfortunately it does face the NE and took quite a beating this winter ( live in North Florida). although I covered the tree and trunk when it went below 32, with the winds, it still felt the effects. It is bouncing back though with new leaves and many flowers. As the flowers drop off, you can see there is no fruit growing. Any suggestions?
