Hi,
I have a really beautiful Japanes Maple that has these spots in the leaves... They just started to appear.
Is there something wrong?

I think that's totally it. The sun is very strong in the mid afternoon til it goes down. (The back yard is west-facing.) And when I water, I water the leaves of the JM. I should just water the ground and the trunk.tomc wrote:To me it looks like sunscald. A drop of water acts as a lens and cooks the leaf underneath. IMO it comes with the tree.
