I'd like some help identifying this tree in a nearby park. It has clumps of flowers and they have a wonderful sweet fragrance. The fragrance reminds me of Indian jasmine flowers, but those look different to me. The leaves have a waxy texture which is evident in the sheen seen in the photos.

It looks very much like the Sweet Olive tree I had in my front yard that got destroyed when Hurricane Katrina flooded my part of the city back in 05. It may have survived if the water simply came and went, but it lingered for weeks and was a mix of freshwater, saltwater and untold numbers of chemicals from flooded homes.
Mine was about 15 ft. tall and bloomed at least 2 times a year with a very sweet fragrance from the flowers it produced.
