it is oblong looks like 3 or 4 blossoms fused together, will I still get a tomato? There are 2 of them on the same plant. I will try to get a picture later.

I think that's called a "double" blossom, but I'm not sure. It's just a genetic thing. If you save the seeds from that cluster, you may get more double blossoms next year (unless it's a hybrid variety). You should still get "normal" tomatoes, assuming all goes well.
