Duh-Vinci was kind enough to send me some Moldovan Green seeds last year and they are growing wonderfully. How do I know when they are ripe? I know someone asked about Green Zebra - so sorry to be repetitive.
Same deal, nearly all greens have yellow skin that shows up when they start ripending. Pick it then and take it inside then wait until it gets soft to know the right time.
