Tomato Sick?

We have had a beautiful Growth year for our tomatoes. We planted them in the middle of July and had tomatoes ripe by the first of July. Wonderful harvest BUT we have had one problem with one vine. The tomatoes on one vine have white spots. not anything on the outside, just growing part of the tomato and the tomato in that area doesn't ever turn red and it just finally rots in that area. Any help with what is going on with this. This was our healthiest and fastest producing vine too. I can't tell you what type of tomato this is but really strange and I have never seen this before. Thanks
Mary
