New to forum first bonsai
Hi all need some input on my new plant idk wat tools

That says that you are in new york and shows a picture of your little juniper bonsai.
I can't advise you about tools, but I can tell you that your juniper TREE (remember bonsais are trees with the same needs as any other tree) must live outdoors. It will die indoors in the heat and aridity of our houses. That is true even in winter. They are extremely cold hardy and need that period of winter dormancy.
If the rocks shown are glued down, you have to get rid of them. They impede air and water circulation and make it difficult for you to know when your tree needs water.
