Hi all.
I have just received a Sagarethia Theezans bonsai as a present.
The instructions state that it must be kept in bright light and daily watering and sprinkling of the leaves is necessary and once a fortnight to add bonsai nutrients to the water for shiny leaves.
Any other information on how to keep this tree in tip top condition would be a great help.
Many thanks in advance.

I do think it is important to tell you that you should ONLY water when it requires it..
Using any schedule does not address if the tree requires water or not.
If the soil is just barely damp about 2 knuckles deep into the pot, Then water the tree completely until the water runs freely from the drainage holes-Wait 10 minutes then repeat this, Wait another ten minutes and give it a final drenching.
The intervals allow for the water to soak in [Breaking the surface tension and run-off properties of water].
Do not water again until it is required- Check daily/ water only when required.
Good luck
